How To Find Us

We are located across the road from West End State School, as you walk down Paris street past Brides of Brisbane on the right side of Paris Street, you'll see freezers and a steep driveway. We are located at the bottom of that driveway. Please do not park in that driveway as it is not our property. There is free parking on Vulture street before and after work hours. Worst case scenario you'll need to walk 2-3 minutes if you need to find a park on a back street. Or, you can leave your car at home and ride a bike, scooter or walk to us. Save your health and the environment all at the same time :)

Our coaches are body transformation specialists with over 50 years of combined experience, and we are certified Metabolic Nutritionists and Sports Nutrition Specialists.

Whether you’re getting back into fitness or just starting out, we have a program that will meet you where you are and help you reach your goals.

    I haven’t worked out in a while, and don’t feel confident in the gym. Will I be able to keep up?

    Absolutely! We understand that walking into a gym can feel overwhelming, but at The Evolved, we focus on helping you progress at your own pace. Our trainers will guide you through every step, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident. Whether it’s your first time or you're starting again after a break, our personalised programs will fit your fitness level and goals. Plus, you’ll be working out in a group of women who are just like you—ready to evolve!

    I’m over 60 & I’m worried your gym is full of young women and I’ll be left behind or feel out of place

    Our youngest member is 14 and our most experienced woman is 72. We cater to all women so matter your size, shape, fitness level or age. The group of women who find it hardest to build lean muscle mass are women over 40, not coincidentally, this is the group of women who benefit most from properly structured strength training. We program our training to make sure it builds muscle for our women who struggle the most so that everyone gets stronger and builds lean vital muscle for life.

    I’m under 18, do you train teenagers in your gym?

    Yes we do, our youngest member is 14 and we will take little women as young as 12 with parental permission. Working with women of all ages, it is clear the earlier you start strength training, the more confident, capable and stronger you’ll feel. This age is a very transformational one and doing something that builds you up is the best thing you can do as your body develops.

    I’m pregnant. Is it safe for me to work out at The Evolved?

    Yes, it’s absolutely safe! At The Evolved, we have experience working with pregnant women to ensure that their fitness journey is both effective and safe. Our trainers are well-versed in pregnancy modifications and will tailor your workouts to meet your specific needs, helping you stay active and strong throughout your pregnancy. We focus on maintaining your fitness and building strength safely, all while listening to your body. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to maintain your routine, we’ll support you every step of the way.
