Strength training is intimidating, in no way would we ever discount that.

We specialise in form correction, injury prevention, and training around pain or limitations. Our coaches are experts in safe, intelligent strength training and we work closely with physios and allied health professionals to ensure your plan supports your body, not stresses it.
