This Free Daily Course Shows You How to Strength Train Safely, Even If:

✅ It’s been years since you touched a weight or felt strong in your own body

✅ Your hormones feel chaotic and exercise usually leaves you tired, not energised

✅ You’ve tried classes, cardio, or home workouts… but nothing seems to stick or help

These emails are designed to help you feel better, stronger, and more stable without overdoing it.

Step-by-step, you’ll build strength, balance hormones, and boost energy the smart way, backed by science, not guesswork.

Here's What You'll Learn

How to use strength training to stabilise your hormones, improve mood, and manage the body changes that sneak up during peri-menopause, without burning out.

The safest way to train for bone density, joint stability, and core strength while your hormones fluctuate, even if you feel like your body’s no longer playing by the rules.

Why the key to long-term strength is learning to adapt with your body, not punish it, so you can feel confident and in control of your body again.

Everything is backed by science, and proven in practice through thousands of women just like you at The Evolved All Female Gym

Real Women. Real Results.

Here’s what happens when women stop guessing and start training with structure.

“Side-by-side photo of a woman before and after strength training—showing increased muscle tone and confidence. After photo includes her holding gym chains in a strong, empowered pose.”

Tammy, Business Owner

"Tammy used to rely on painkillers every month for adenomyosis. After 6 months at Evolved, her periods are pain-free, her energy’s through the roof and the family business just had its first 7-figure year."

Tash, Night Shift Nurse

“After a serious health scare, Tash turned her life around. As a night-shift nurse with a Coca-Cola habit, she swapped cardio for strength training, dropped 20kg, and reclaimed her confidence, all while working nights. Now, she’s not just healthier… she’s unstoppable.”

“Two full-body front-facing photos of a woman showcasing muscle definition and fat loss. Transition from a pink to red sports bra highlights increased lean muscle mass and visible abdominal strength.”

Charmaine, Army Officer

"Years of army life and sport left Charmaine in pain. We rebuilt her body from the ground up, correcting movement, fixing weaknesses, and restoring her confidence. She is stronger than ever, lifting without pain, and finally training in a way that feels good now keeping her going for life."

Belinda Could Barely Hold A Glass Of Water With Her Frozen Shoulder Until She Started Strength Training.

When Belinda joined she could barely hold a glass of water due to a frozen shoulder. Now she bench presses over 30kg pain-free. The real win? During Cyclone Alfred, she helped sandbag her property with her husband, for the first time feeling strong, capable, and genuinely useful.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens on the first visit?

You’ll meet your female Evolved trainer for a gentle Strength Assessment. She’ll identify your starting point and create a tailored path that fits your goals, lifestyle, time, and budget, no pressure, no judgement, just smart support.

Are their any joining fees?

Nope, no joining fees, hidden costs, or surprises. You only pay for your training, nothing else.

What if I’m not sure I’m in peri-menopause yet?

That’s okay, many women aren’t officially diagnosed. If you’re over 35 and noticing changes in your energy, mood, cycle, or recovery, this style of training is ideal for preparing your body and hormones for what’s ahead.

I’m already training elsewhere. What makes this different?

Most gyms give you a workout. We give you a road map backed by science, habit systems, hormonal awareness, and a coaching team that truly understands the female body. It’s not just what you do, it’s how and why you do it.

Am I too old to start strength training?

Absolutely not. We have members between 14 & 73 years old, and many start with zero gym experience. Our programming is built specifically for women navigating peri-menopause, post-menopause, and beyond, with strength standards and modifications to help you thrive.

How soon will I see or feel results?

Your body replaces every cell in your body within a 6 month period. This means you are always a result of what you have done consistently for the last 6 months. We set realistic expectations, however most women feel more energy and mental clarity within 2–4 weeks. Strength gains and body composition changes follow soon after. Our goal is to get you feeling like yourself again only stronger, sharper, and more in control.

Are there any lock in contracts?

No lock-ins here, just a 30-day cancellation notice across all services. This helps us plan your journey properly and gives you space to push through the “bad mojo” days without quitting your goals too soon.

Will this help with hot flushes, fatigue, or brain fog?

Yes, strength training helps regulate hormones like cortisol and insulin, which can ease symptoms like hot flushes, energy dips, poor sleep, and mental fog. Many of our members notice improvement within the first 6 weeks.

I’ve tried everything, why would this be different?

Because we don’t throw random workouts at you. We assess your strength, mobility, energy, and lifestyle, then tailor a progression plan grounded in science. You’ll know exactly what to do and why with support at every step.

I haven’t exercised in 10+ years… is this too advanced for me?

Not at all. You’ll start with a Strength Assessment where we meet you exactly where you’re at. Our beginner-friendly on-boarding process focuses on movement confidence, not performance. You’ll feel safe, seen, and supported from Day 1.

I’ve had injuries or chronic pain… can I still join?

Yes, and in fact, that’s one of the most common reasons women come to us. We’re experts in form correction, injury prevention, and training around limitations. Our coaches work closely with physios and health professionals to design safe, effective programs. If you already have an allied health team we can work in with them too.

What if I feel too exhausted to train?

Some weeks you’ll feel strong, others flat. We teach you how to train around fatigue so you recover faster, get stronger, and stay consistent, without burning out.
