Can teenagers join The Evolved?

Yes! We welcome young women from age 14+ who want to build strength, confidence, and healthy habits for life. Whether you're here to get fit, feel great, or boost your performance at school or in sports, we’ve got your back.

What happens on the first visit?

You’ll meet your female Evolved trainer for a gentle Strength Assessment. She’ll identify your starting point and create a tailored path that fits your goals, lifestyle, time, and budget, no pressure, no judgement, just smart support.

Are their any joining fees?

Nope, no joining fees, hidden costs, or surprises. You only pay for your training, nothing else.

I’m already training elsewhere. What makes this different?

Most gyms give you a workout. We give you a road map backed by science, habit systems, hormonal awareness, and a coaching team that truly understands the female body. It’s not just what you do, it’s how and why you do it.

Is this just about lifting weights?

No, it’s about building a stronger, healthier YOU. We teach proper technique, body awareness, and smart training so you gain muscle, move better, and avoid injury. No obsessive cardio or fad diets here.

Do I need to be fit & strong already?

Not at all. We specialise in helping beginners especially teens feel confident and safe while getting stronger. You'll start at your level, and build from there.

Is this program safe for teens still growing?

Yes. Everything is age-appropriate, science-backed, and designed for teens. We focus on proper form, mobility, and strength so young women grow into strong, resilient adults.

Who pays for the membership?

Some teens pay themselves, others have supportive parents that cover the cost.

What are the benefits of strength training for teens?

Stronger body, clearer mind, better energy. Training improves posture, focus, sleep, and confidence perfect for thriving at school, managing stress, and feeling proud in your own skin.

Are there any lock in contracts?

No lock-ins here, just a 30-day cancellation notice across all services. This helps us plan your journey properly and gives you space to push through the “bad mojo” days without quitting your goals too soon.

I’ve never been to a gym. Will I feel out of place?

Nope. We coach you step-by-step from your first session. Everything is beginner-friendly, and you’ll never feel judged, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do.

I haven’t exercised in 10+ years… is this too advanced for me?

Not at all. You’ll start with a Strength Assessment where we meet you exactly where you’re at. Our beginner-friendly on-boarding process focuses on movement confidence, not performance. You’ll feel safe, seen, and supported from Day 1.

Can strength training help with body confidence?

Absolutely. Many of our teen members train to feel strong, capable, and proud of how they look especially as their bodies change during high school. This is a space where you’ll grow physically and mentally.

Can parents stay or watch the session?

We encourage Mum or a female guardian to join in with your teen. As our gym is a private experience, many of our members wouldn't feel comfortable with observers watching from a distance. We do however value open communication and want both teens and parents to feel informed, comfortable, and supported. So if you choose not to join us you can always inquire about their progress.

Can this help with school performance or stress?

Definitely. Strength training improves focus, sleep, and stress management all of which help with school, exams, and teenage life. Many teens say training helps them feel calm, clear-headed, and more motivated.

How often do teens need to train?

Most train 2–3 times per week, depending on school, sports, and life schedules. We help set up a routine that works and sticks without feeling like a burden.
