Power Moves Cardio

Power Moves is a cardio circuit style class where the focus is to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and burn the max amount of calories you can in a fun, dynamic and friendly environment.

It can be scaled down to the lowest impact suitable for the beginner or most inactive person and it can be scaled up to challenge the fittest athlete.

This class is a perfect compliment to our strength training sessions to improve your VO2 Max (how well your body uses oxygen) which is an important marker for longevity.

Pilates Evolved

Pilates Evolved is a floor based mat Pilates workout designed to lengthen muscles, improve joint stability and free up stiff achy body parts.

Our gym transforms with beautiful music and ambient lighting creating a relaxing vibe perfect to de-stress, centre yourself and re-energise before or after a long day.

This class is the counterbalance you need to thrive through your fitness and strength journey adding vitality to your whole week.

Hybrid Fitness

With the explosive popular rise of fitness racing this class is the ultimate test and a perfect way to see how you would perform in an official fitness racing competition like Hyrox.

In each session we have the Beginner Programming suitable for anyone at any fitness level who wants to improve their running and other cardio based movements.

And, we have the Advanced Programming for the hardcore, slightly insane athlete.

We’d love to welcome every visitor but truthfully, we’re far too busy delivering a high level of service to our members to handle casual drop-ins.

Is this like a regular gym?

Not at all. We're not a commercial gym with crowds, confusing equipment, or $10 swipe-and-sweat memberships.

This is female-specific coaching designed for your body, stage of life, and long-term health.

For 1:1 Personal training in Brisbane you can expect to pay between $100–$150 for a single session, our members can train as many times as they like per week for less than a single 1:1 PT session.

Am I too old to start strength training?

Absolutely not. In fact, starting strength training after 40 is one of the smartest things a woman can do for her body, brain, and bones.

Most of our members are between 40–65 years old, and many begin with zero gym experience.

Our entire system is designed around the unique needs of peri-menopausal, postmenopausal, and ageing women, with strength standards and modifications that help you feel stronger, move better, and stay independent longer.

Not at all.

You’ll begin with a gentle Strength Assessment where we meet you exactly where you’re at, no pressure, no expectations.

Our beginner-friendly on-boarding focuses on movement confidence, not performance. You’ll feel safe, seen, and supported from Day 1.

If it’s been a while between exercise for you, we’ll likely recommend our Fast Track membership which includes one-on-one personal training each week.

It’s the best way to learn faster, adapt exercises to your body, and build confidence across multiple sessions.

I’ve had injuries or chronic pain… can I still join?

Yes and in fact, that’s one of the most common reasons women come to us.

We specialise in form correction, injury prevention, and training around pain or limitations. Our coaches are experts in safe, intelligent strength training and we work closely with physios and allied health professionals to ensure your plan supports your body, not stresses it.
